    Celine Xia

    Founder & Principal Lawyer

    Celine Xia is the Founder and the Principal Lawyer of Ming Dao Law. She is an Australian-qualified lawyer with a strong focus on financial services regulation, licensing, corporate structuring, and virtual asset. Celine has advised a broad range of clients, including fintech startups, fund managers, Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), remittance, non-cash payment service, and cross-border businesses on matters such as M&A transactions, ASIC licensing (AFSL/ACL) applications, AML/CTF compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy.

    Before establishing Ming Dao Law, Celine gained valuable experience in financial services regulation and corporate commercial law at leading firms including Clyde & Co and Gadens, where she supported clients in navigating complex licensing, compliance, and transactional matters.

    Celine speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and regularly works with cross-border clients. She is known for her clarity, responsiveness, and strategic commercial mindset. Her approach combines technical precision with a deep understanding of industry practice and regulator expectations.
